1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. bingo app does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to you may be declined or reversed.

In the event of a disputed transaction, you must contact support within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to raise disputes promptly may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
bingo app provides gaming and betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bingo app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or service interruptions. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method where possible.
